Lacie Wiese, daughter of Marvin and Denise Wiese, all of Doniphan, Neb., will marry Christopher Whitted, son of Bob and Lora Whitted of Decatur, Dec. 29, 2012, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Doniphan.

The bride-elect graduated from Doniphan-Trumbull High School in 2008 and earned a bachelor of fine arts with an emphasis in visual communications and design from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2012.

She is employed by Idea Bank Marketing in Hastings, Neb., and is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts, American Advertising Federation – Lincoln and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.

The prospective groom graduated from Bethesda Christian School in Fort Worth in 2007 and earned a bachelor of science in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 2012.

He was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps in May and is attending The Basic School in Quantico, Va. After graduation he will attend flight school in Pensacola, Fla.
