Connie Carter and David Garcia

Connie Carter, daughter of Ozie and Cindy Carter of Chico, will marry David Garcia May 25, 2012, at Garvin Methodist Church with the Rev. Glenn Waldon officiating.

The bride-elect is a nurse with Amerigroup Corp.

The prospective groom is a retired officer after 22 years in the U.S. Navy. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business and pre-law and master’s degree from the University of Georgia and is working on his doctorate. He is an independent business consultant.
