Scotty and Tara Moore of Decatur announce the birth of a daughter, Truly Ann, on June 20, 2012, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long.

She has a sister, Charlotte, 3.

Grandparents are Peggy and Harold Moore, Carol Patterson and Tim Donovan.

Great-grandparents are Jim and Darlene Chaddick of Canyon Lake.
