Jason and Rachel Smith of Bowie announce the birth of a daughter, Sierra Doris, on Oct. 7, 2012, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 6 pounds, 3 ounces and was 17 3/4 inches long.
She has one sister: Haylee Smith, 3.
