Junior and Lauren Gillespie of Alvord announce the birth of a daughter, Raylan Kay, on Oct. 10, 2012, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long.

She has two brothers: Ian Gillespie, 6; and Nolan Gillespie, 1.

Grandparents are James and Paula Patrick, and Dale and Debra Gillespie, all of Alvord.
