Candace Cherryhomes and Charles Mitchell of Springtown announce the birth of a son, Noah Mitchell, on Dec. 7, 2012, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. He weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and was 17 1/2 inches long.

He has one sister, Chloe Mitchell, 4.

Grandparents are Carla and Brian Cherryhomes and Rocka and Ginger Mitchell.

Great-grandparents are Linda and Ricky Pack, Johanna Roudebush and Pat and Wayne Harris.
