Miguel Angel Aguilar and Mariana Pacheco of Decatur announce the birth of a daughter, Maritza Aguilar-Pacheco, on Aug. 24, 2012, at North Texas Community Hospital in Bridgeport. She weighed 9 pounds and was 21 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Angel Aguilar, Maria Loreto Aguilar, Elpidio Pacheco and Maria Pacheco.
