Chris and Courtney Fletcher of Slidell announce the birth of a daughter, Macklyn Reese, on Sept. 25, 2012, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.

She has one sister: Mylee Faith Fletcher, 4.

Grandparents are Tim and Darlene Fletcher of Slidell and Clyde Cole and Gaye Cole, both of Greenwood.

Great-grandparents are Tooter and Mayme Fletcher of Slidell and Gaylen and Rosa Wilson and Jessie Cole, all of Greenwood.
