Jeremy Coker and Valerie Neal of Chico announce the birth of a son, Liam Wade Coker, on July 29, 2012, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. He weighed 8 pounds and was 19 1/4 inches long.

Grandparents are Jimmy and Raylene Coker and Donny Neal, all of Chico, and Kristina Ball of Balsora.

Great-grandparents are Marlene Green, Kaye Harris and D.L. Harris, all of Chico, Betty Coker of Athens and Don Neal of Greenville.

Great-great-grandparents are Wanda Sigman of Bowie and Norman and Naomi Neal of Rowlett.
