Justin A. and Keshia D. Wendt of Alvord announce the birth of a daughter, Kaydence Elle, on Sept. 23, 2012, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long.

She has four brothers: Shene Miller, Jacob Wendt, Andy Wendt and McClain Rhine; and three sisters: Aliyah Nichols, Megan Rhine and McKenzi Rhine.

Grandparents are Julie Rea of Sanger, Adam and Sara Wendt of Decatur and Mike and Patti Rhine of Decatur.

Great-grandparents are Oren and June Cooley, Bill and Beverly Wendt and Norman and Susie Pearce.
