Tim and Kelly Hardee of Forestburg announce the birth of a son, Kasen Michael, on June 19, 2012, at Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth. He weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long.

He has three brothers: Brandon, 14; Jayson, 14; and Riley; and a sister, Sierra, 21.

Grandparents are Johnny Hardee and Sue Hardee of Decatur, Connie Minton of Forestburg and Rick Minton of Taylorsville, N.C.

Great-grandparents are Ed Hardee of Decatur, Hazel Sherman of Fort Worth, Jackie Minton of Bethlehem, N.C., Jenice Stepan of Copperas Cove and Jack Graves of Granger.
