Jose Antonio Ramirez and Lorena Ramirez of Decatur announce the birth of a son, Jose Oliver, on Dec. 2, 2012, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. He weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Grandparents are Maria Concepcion Florez Resendiz, Reyna Garcia and Agustin Rodriguez, all of Mexico.
