Aydee Rivera and Joel Banderas of Bridgeport announce the birth of a son, Jonathan Joel Banderas, on Aug. 14, 2012, at North Texas Community Hospital in Bridgeport. He weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and was 20 inches long.

He has a brother, Mark Banderas, 12; and a sister, Alexxis Banderas, 16 months.

Grandparents are Jaime Rivera and Amalia Rivera of Bridgeport and Salvador Banderas and Ana Maria Heredia of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
