Tyler and Melissa Templeton of Bridgeport announce the birth of a son, Jacob Roan, on Dec. 5, 2012, at North Texas Community Hospital in Bridgeport. He weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Grandparents are Douglas and MaryAnn Dopson of Bridgeport and Tim and Ruth Templeton.

Great-grandparents are John and Ann Shellstrom and Leon and Doris Templeton.
