Glenn and Sarah Philipbar of Paradise announce the birth of a son, Isaac Johnnie, on Nov. 17, 2012, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. He weighed 7 pounds, 9.2 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long.

He has a sister, Codi Marie.

Grandparents are Glenn and Bernadette Philipbar and Karen Karl.
