Melanie Belcher and Stanley Green Jr. of Rhome announce the birth of a daughter, Hope Cheyenne Green, on Oct. 16, 2012, at Wise Regional Health System of Decatur. She weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces and was 21 inches long.

She has one brother: Jesse Dillion Howard Belcher, 11, and one sister: Sarah Grace Addison Belcher, 6.

Grandparents are Gene Belcher of Springtown and Stanley and Dee Green and Helen and Billy Len, all of Bogalusa, La.

Great-grandparents are Mary Rothlis of Springtown and Pat Belcher of Denison.
