Michael and Danielle Loucks of Decatur announce the birth of a daughter, Harper Rose, on Dec. 6, 2012, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 7 pounds and was 18 inches long.

She has one sister, Emma Claire Loucks, 2.
