Joe and Latasha Hicks of Bridgeport announce the birth of a daughter, Haley Renee, on Nov. 7, 2012, at North Texas Community Hospital in Bridgeport. She weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 20 1/4 inches long.

She has one brother, Hayden Hicks, 9; and one sister: Courtney Hicks, 7.

Grandparents are Diane and Paul Hicks of Forestburg, Paul and Melissa Samut-Tagliaferro of Comanche, Okla., and Larry and Linda Sutton of Bowie.

Great-grandparents are Bob and Barbara Hicks, Lucy Sutton and Jim Murphy.

Great-great-grandparent is Virginia Cox.
