Merissa M. Hornsby and Brian L. Cooke of Paradise announce the birth of a daughter, Gracie Aubrianna Cooke, on Aug. 22, 2012, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long.

She has a sister, Isabella Y. Cooke.

Grandparents are Barry and Margie Cooke.
