Ashley Ruffcorn and Joseph Williams of Jacksboro announce the birth of a daughter, Faith Elizabeth on Oct. 29, 2012, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long.

Grandparents are Carol Elkins and Brian Corbett of Jacksboro, Howard Elkins of Joshua, Sandra Williams of Bridgeport and Jodie Williams of California.

Great-grandparents are William and Mary Wilson of Jacksboro and Jodie and Linda Williams of Trinity.
