Cody Pennington and Caci Williamson announce the birth of a daughter, Caliegh Serenity Pennington, on Dec. 20, 2012, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 6 pounds, 1 ounce and was 17 3/4 inches long.

Grandparents are Janice Williamson of Indian Creek, Calvin Williamson of Decatur, Frank Pennington of Yantis and Belinda Wholey of Greenwood.

Great-grandparents are Janell Johnson of Clarksville amd Clevalou Williamson of Decatur.
