Randy and Sarah Harrel of Decatur announce the birth of a daughter, Bizzy Evelyn Jane, on Aug. 30, 2012, at Wise Regional Health System in Decatur. She weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and was 20 inches long.

She has two brothers: Brendon and Jakoby.

Grandparents are James and Diane Fortsch of Decatur and Harvey and Teresa Harrel.

Great-grandparents are Dean and Anne Harrel of Oak City, Okla., Bill and Sharon Thompson of Duncan, Okla and Earl Roger and Evelyn Pauline Ruby Losee of Mason City, Iowa.
