NHS receives College Readiness award

Northwest High School received the 2012 College Readiness award from the Texas ACT Council. The award recognizes the significant rise in the number of students taking the ACT Assessment during the past five years and the substantial increase in their level of achievement and college readiness.

Northwest High School is one of 170 campuses, representing 9 percent of all Texas high schools, to receive this recognition.
