Randy Wayne Garrett

Memorial service for Randy Wayne Garrett, 58, of Boyd was June 22 at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Home in Boyd.

Garrett died Sunday, June 10, 2012, in Boyd.

Born March 13, 1954, in Pittsburg to Bruce and Mattie (Tillery) Garrett, he was a carpenter and a U.S. Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by sister Virginia Oswalt.

Garrett is survived by sister Rosemary Fowler-Larsen of Nevada, Mo., brother Ray E. Garrett and wife, Suzy, of Boyd; nieces Mary Lou Myers of Deerfield, Mo., Merri Dennis of Bedford, Judy Kelly of Grapevine and Kristina Hays and husband, R.J., of Boyd; nephews Stephen Johnson of Grand Prairie and Mark Gonzalez and wife, Michele, of Boyd; and other family members.
