Frank Dickson Hardwick

Frank was born March 4, 1924, in Decatur to Sylmon Hardwick and Ulra Taylor. He served in the Marines and was retired from Bureau of Indian Affairs in Windowrock, Ariz.

He lived in Decatur; Gallup, N.M., Lubbock and Phoenix. He had been married to Kay Finely for 60 years at the time of his death. He enjoyed a good dirty Martini, playing bridge, reading books and papers, current events, sports, the Dallas Cowboys and visiting with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Kay; son Sylmon Hardwick; daughters Kathye Gardner, Mary Jean Schlottman and Barbara Minich; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
