Christopher Andrew Smith

Funeral for Christopher Andrew Smith, 24, of Oklahoma City, formerly of Rhome, was June 12 at Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home in Decatur with Matthew Stubblefield officiating. Burial followed at Oaklawn Cemetery.

Smith died Friday, June 8, 2012, in Oklahoma City.

Born Dec. 20, 1987, in Krum to Wesley and Oma (Ussery) Smith, he was a graduate of Krum High School. He married Juanita Burciaga Oct. 15, 2009, in Decatur.

He was preceded in death by son Landon Andrew Smith Jan. 24, 2008.

Smith is survived by his wife; daughters Lexie and Natalee Smith; his parents of Krum; sister Kristy Smith and husband, Chris, of Krum; brothers William, Jimmy and Trevor Smith, all of Krum; and grandmothers Lavon Martin and Evelyn Ussery.

Pallbearers were Bert Smith, Justin Smith, Michael Farmer, Marvin Smith, Paul Callahan and David Plankey.
