Carroll Dale Haines

Memorial service for Carroll Dale Haines, 77, of Decatur will be held at a later date.

Haines died Tuesday, July 10, 2012, in Decatur.

Born Dec. 16, 1934, in Presque Isle, Maine, to Roy and Phoebe (McNamara) Haines, he was a retired banker. He grew up in Caribou, Maine, and served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean conflict.

Haines was preceded in death by granddaughter Lauren Haines.

He is survived by sons Christopher Haines and wife, Tina, of Milwaukee, Wis., and Paul Haines and wife, Tracey, of Tulsa, Okla.; daughters Andrea Frazier and husband, Russell, of Decatur and Hilary Devlin of Tulsa; eight grandchildren; and brother Frank Haines.
