Bonnie Beth Kerley, 79, a retired secretary, died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012, in Bridgeport.

Bonnie was born Nov. 23, 1933, to Dwight and Ethel (Swenson) Quam. She married William Kerley in 1986 in Midland.
Bonnie grew up in Minnesota and taught kindergarten after receiving her associate’s degree in education. After marrying, she worked as a secretary and led various church choirs and sang in an opera chorus as well as singing solos. She was an accomplished pianist and vocalist.
After retiring, she lived in Colorado and then moved to North Texas with her husband, Bill. She was a member of the Runaway Bay Community Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
She is survived by her daughters, Paula Hanssen of St. Louis, and Heidi Muensterer and husband, Heribert, of Southlake; stepdaughter Terry Cooke of Odessa; granddaughters Sarah Andress of St. Louis, and Julia and Laura Muensterer of Southlake; sister Joan Quam of Waconia, Minn.; and brother Michael Quam of McKinleyville, Calif.; other family members and a host of friends.
