The Chisholm Trail Antique Tractor Club will wrap up its 14th annual Tractor Show and Swap Meet at the Wise County Sheriff’s Posse Grounds Saturday, May 5.

Gates open at 9 a.m. with one of the highlights of the three-day event a 10 a.m. antique tractor pull. At 1 p.m. kids’ pedal tractor races will be held. There will be a 3:30 p.m. parade.

The club debuted its new weight sled during Friday’s not-for-prize pulls. Antique tractors will be on display, with games for children and food vendors available.

“We’re not the biggest, but we think it’s pretty good,” Tractor Club member Larry Stenzel said. “People come from a 50- to 60-mile radius of the show. This year, we brought our own sled, and we’ll be using it.”

New and antique farm equipment will be on display. Demonstrations of a threshing machine, a corn sheller, antique engines and new and antique farm trucks will also be on Saturday’s docket.
