Lawyer named fellow

Attorney Todd Parks, partner in charge of the Northwest Texas office of Walters, Balido & Crain, L.L.P., has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.

A 1986 graduate of the University of Texas, Parks received his Juris Doctor degree from Texas Tech University Law School in 1990. He represents numerous clients in matters involving business disputes and personal injury litigation.

Todd handles cases in both the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and many counties west of the Metroplex. His entire practice is devoted to litigation.

The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.

In addition to being named a Fellow of the LCA, Todd has been selected for inclusion in “Texas Super Lawyer.” Other professional affiliations include The State Bar of Texas and the Trucking Industry Defense Association.

Todd serves as an elder at CrossRoads Church in Decatur and is actively involved in pee wee football as a coach.
