Con-way Truckload honored drivers Albert “Lee” and Tina Bell of Alvord for exceptional effort and dedication to the full truckload carrier company, naming them “Company Team” of the month for April.

After seeing how much his dad enjoyed truck driving, Lee became intrigued with the idea of becoming a driver. He says the thrill of the open road and the opportunity to travel are his favorite parts of the job.

Tina believes trucking is a profession she can depend on and attributes the different places, people and things she’s seen on the road to keeping her happy in her career.

The two enjoy spending time with their family.

“We congratulate these drivers and thank them for their dedication and professionalism,” said Saul Gonzalez, chief operating officer of Con-way Truckload. “They have shown exemplary commitment to the highest levels of safety and service for our customers, and they couldn’t be more deserving of this honor.”
