The Decatur Lady Eagles won nine events Thursday to take first at the three-team meet at Wilkerson Greines in Fort Worth with Western Hills and Birdville.
The Lady Eagles won the two relays they took part in. The quartet of Kate Grant, Audry McCreary, Katey Rowden and Haley Dennard took first in the 200-yard individual medley in 2:05.33. Rowden, Guirnalda Lopez, McCreary and Dennard won the 200 freestyle relay in 1:50.71.
McCreary took first in the 200 freestyle and 100 breaststroke in 2:17.86 and 1:10.74.
Rowden won the 200 individual medley in 2:36.07 and 100 freestyle in 1:00.35.
Dennard captured wins in the 50 freestyle in 26.6 and 100 breaststroke in 1:23.34.
Grant won the 500 freestyle in 6:19.67. She was second to McCreary in the 200 with a 2:20.78.
Lopez finished third in the 50 freestyle in 31.26. She was fourth in the 100 backstroke in 1:25.71.
Reagan Ralston took second in the 100 freestyle, swimming 1:07.21. She finished fifth in the 100 breaststroke in 1:33.72.
The Decatur boys finished third at the meet.
The quartet of Daniel Smyers, Dosson Lewthwaite, Trey Dale and Robert Davila took third in the 200 freestyle in 1:55.38. The same foursome was third in the 400 relay in 4:28.89.
Lewthwaite took second in the 100 backstroke in 1:11.05.
Smyers finished second in the 100 freestyle in 57.95. Davila took fifth in 1:08.52.
In the 50 freestyle, Smyers finished fourth in 27.28, and Dale fifth in 32.04.
