The Decatur swim team won four events Saturday at the Halloween Howl Relay at the Denton Natatorium.
Decatur, the only Class 3A school in the field that included 5A and 4A teams finished seventh with 148 points in the unique, all-relay meet.
The quartet of Haley Dennard, Katey Rowden, Audrey McCreary and Hayley Raasch won three relays. They took the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:04.81. The foursome won the 200 freestyle in 1:47.67. They were first in the 200 medley in 2:05.69.
Emily Howdeshell, Kate Grant, Baley Phariss and Reagan Ralston won the 100 medley in 1:05.73.
Guirnalda Lopez, Ralston, Grant and Phariss took second in the 100 breaststroke in 1:20.78.
Madison Phariss, Baley Phariss, Grant and Lopez finished third in the 100 freestyle in 59.63.
Ralston, Howdeshell, Lopez and Baley Phariss were fifth in 200 breaststroke in 2:57.34.
Decatur took third in two mixed relays. McCreary and Dennard joined Logan Huff and Arin Blaylock in the 250 mixed breaststroke, swimming 3:18.74. Rowden, Raasch, Huff and Blaylock finished the 250 butterfly in 2:44.05.
Robert Davila, Trey Dale, Howdeshell and Grant were sixth in the mixed 850 freestyle in 10:53.3.
In the boys 100 freestyle, Blaylock, Huff, Dale and Davila took sixth in 56.98. They finished sixth in the 200 freestyle in 1:56.01.
