Decatur freshman Katey Rowden won three events, including her leg on the 200-yard freestyle relay, Tuesday at the double dual swim meet in Keller.
Rowden won the 50 freestyle in 25.97, and the 100 butterfly in 1:07.58. She teamed with Audrey McCreary, Hayley Raasch and Haley Dennard to win the 200-yard relay in 1:48.05.
The same foursome took second in the 400 freestyle relay in 4:04.12. Decatur’s team of Emily Howdeshell, Reagan Ralston, Kate Grant and Guirnalda Lopez finished sixth in 4:53.02.
Howdeshell, Grant, Bailey Phariss and Madison Phariss swam a 2:29.28 to take sixth in the 200 medley relay.
Grant garnered a second-place finish in the 200 freestyle, swimming 2:21.34. She was sixth in the 500 freestyle in 6:30.45. Howdeshell was a spot behind in the event in 7:10.41.
Raasch took second in the 200 individual medley in 2:38.38. She was fourth in the 100 backstroke in 1:10.71, and Howdeshell eighth in 1:23.78.
Dennard finished fifth in the 50 freestyle, swimming 27.15, and Madison Phariss 23rd in 35.15. Dennard added a sixth-place finish in the 100 freestyle in 1:01.51. Bailey Phariss took 18th in the event in 1:16.41.
McCreary took third in the 100 breaststroke in 1:22.42.
For the Decatur boys, Arin Blaylock finished third in the 100 butterfly in 1:06.06. He was sixth in the 100 breaststroke in 1:20.09.
Logan Huff swam 25.87 in the 50 freestyle to take sixth. Trey Dale was 23rd in the event with a 34.30.
Robert Davila took 12th in the 100 freestyle in 1:09.24. Dale was 16th in 1:20.6.
The Decatur boys finished sixth in the 200 freestyle in 1:56.20, and fifth in the 400 freestyle in 4:36.09.
