Bill Carter

Bill Carter, founder of Carter Financial Management in Dallas, received the Outstanding Alumni Award from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Texas A&M University. He is from Wise County.

Carter earned his bachelor of science degree in agricultural economics at Texas A&M in 1969.

While at A&M, he served as student body president and was a Distinguished Military Graduate.

Carter has served as president of the Association of Former Students and chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Texas A&M Foundation, among other leadership positions.

The award, established in 1992, recognizes alumni who have reached a level of accomplishment.
