Mirrored silver panels stretch into endless sky above a cityscape. Architecture of the past reflects in the glass like a distant memory twinkling in a pale blue eye. Human landscapes change, evolve. A city morphs with the attitudes and ethics of its denizens. But the past remains etched hard as stone and brick in flashy present.

Our roaming photographer captured this pic with an extremely wide-angle lens in downtown Fort Worth. Running low on mojo one day, he scampered down to Cowtown to look for shots and inspiration.

If the future is uncertain, we can always peer into the past to find out where we might be going.
