All 2011 entries for the Wise County Youth Fair will be done online. If help is needed, contact your ag teacher, FCCLA teacher, 4-H leaders, the Extension office or youth fair secretary.

Payment can be made online by using a credit or debit card, check, money order or cashiers check. No cash.

Payment by mail must be received by the entry deadline and will need to include a printed entry receipt. If not received by the entry deadline, it will be subject to late entry fees.

Entry dates are Jan. 10-Feb. 12. The Entry Clinic is 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 12, at the Decatur ag science building.

Late-entry deadline is Feb. 18. Late entries will be accepted for one week after registration deadline, and three times the original entry fee will be charged with a minimum of $10.

No exceptions.

Online payment will not be available for late entries. All money should be accompanied by a copy of the online entry receipt and presented to the president or secretary.

Late-entry payment is due by 5 p.m. If the entry and money are not in by the time deadline, the entry/entries will be null and void.
