A Wise County grand jury met June 17 and returned the following felony indictments:

Louie Torres, driving while intoxicated third or more

Gretchen Dianne Anderson, possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, less than 1 gram

Ronald Lynn Marlett, possession of a controlled substance – heroin, less than 1 gram in a drug-free zone

Gregory Kirven, prohibited substance in a correctional facility – marijuana

Francis Leo Stadler, possession/transport of chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance

James Robert Pennington, possession/transport of chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance

Joseph Christopher George, possession/transport of chemicals with intent to manufacture a controlled substance

Gary Dale Hayden, possession of a controlled substance – amphetamine, 4-400 grams

David Klatt Smith, possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, less than 1 gram

Aaron Dale Campbell, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon

James Anthony Haas, possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, less than 1 gram

Leobardo Munoz, possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, less than 1 gram

Javier Valdez Diaz, possession of a controlled substance – cocaine, less than 1 gram
