1 indicted in connection with robbery

A Fort Worth man has been indicted in connection with an armed robbery of a Rhome restaurant last year.

Gary Bryant, 25, was indicted on two counts of aggravated robbery. The first count alleges that Bryant threatened an employee of the Subway sandwich shop with a gun, and the second count alleges Bryant conspired with a second person to commit the crime.

The indictment said that Bryant and Damon Rashad Cook, 21, planned the crime, and Bryant carried out the robbery Nov. 29, 2009. In April, Cook was arrested in Rhome for his part in the alleged crime.

Bryant is in jail in Tarrant County on an unrelated charge, and Cook has remained in the Wise County jail since his arrest.

Jorge Alberto Ibarra, possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, less than 1 gram

Juan Recardo Porras, possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, 1-4 grams

David Banderas Medina, driving while intoxicated third or more

Wallace Winston Warren, burglary of a habitation

Odell McMorris, theft of property $1,500-$20,000

Colton Ennis Jenkins, driving while intoxicated third or more

Robert Lenzy Moody, driving while intoxicated third or more

Richard Lee Mullins, aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury

Larry Dan Green, sexual assault

Christopher James Raymond, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
