Visitation was to be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hawkins Funeral Home in Bridgeport.
DoByns died Monday, Aug. 23, 2010, in Poolville.
Born Aug. 21, 1953, in Jacksonville, N.C., to Cecil and Frankie (Smith) DoByns, he was a heavy equipment operator. He married Dianna Southerland March 20, 1999, in Poolville. DoByns hunted, fished, camped and traveled.
He is survived by his wife; daughters Wendi Caraway and husband, Phillip, of Chico, and Caitlyn DoByns of Fort Worth; sons Jim Bob DoByns and wife, Mary, of Sunset, and Clint DoByns and wife, Jamie, of Santo; stepson, Paul Chambers and wife, Sabrina, of Poolville; stepdaughters Linda Agcaoili and Nicole Agcaoili of Fort Worth; 15 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; father and his wife, Dorothy, of Chico; sisters Carol Pittman and husband, Keith, of Decatur and Martha McClure and husband, Rusty, of Sunset; brothers Earnest DoByns and wife, Cindy, of Sunset and Clark DoByns of Chico; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pallbearers were to be Jim Bob DoByns, Clint DoByns, Paul Chambers, Justen Caraway, Jeremy DoByns and Cody Caraway.
